What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We may request you provide photographic evidence to support the claim. The original item(s) must be collected and received into our warehouse prior to a replacement item being sent. Instructions on how to return the original item(s) will be provided to you.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns for change of mind.

My order was delivered but some items were missing, what now?
On occasion you may receive your order over several deliveries. This is to ensure you receive your goods in the fastest way possible. Rest assured you only pay the one shipping fee (if any).
